6% of purchase price to commissions (3% to buyers agent, 3% to listing agent)
2.5% for closing costs
In a nutshell, take 8.5% of the purchase price for costs. Trust me, the 6% in commissions will end up making you MORE money. Having a licensed realtor is by far the most important step in selling your home. Maximum exposure and marketed properly is key.

Although most companies will charge, we are confident you will be happy with our services and won’t have this issue. We also understand you may encounter unfortunate and unexpected life circumstances, we do not feel it is right to charge you for this.
